Fueling Hacks


I have been messing around with some of the fuelings to add a little variety to my meals. So far here's what I've come up with.

Macaroni and Cheese - I like to add a little extra water to make it a bit more soupy and I also add crushed red pepper flakes to make it like a nacho cheese soup with noodles.

Chicken Flavored Noodle Soup - Sometimes I simply add more water and eat it this way. I have also made it into an egg drop soup by adding an egg to the heated soup and a tbsp or so of soy sauce. The egg would need to be subtracted from the amount of lean meat allowed for the Lean and Green meal if you wanted to strictly follow the plan.

Rustic Tomato Herb Penne - I like to add extra water and crushed red peppers.

That's all I've come up with so far. Any suggestions?
